Alaska Program Overview
Looking for property tax relief in Alaska? There is one main way to apply for property tax relief:
- Senior Citizen Exemption
Property Tax-Aide features the Alaska Senior Citizen Exemption.
A qualified homeowner aged 65 or older does not need to file an application for successive tax years if there is no change in ownership, in residency or permanent place of abode, or other factors affecting qualification for the exemption. This means you only need to apply once.
The information on this page is updated as new information becomes available by the relevant tax agencies.
